Strategic Planning and Grant Writing
For the Faith Community Workshop

This one day workshop gives non-profit organizations and ministry leaders an overview of organizational development and grant writing strategies.  Issues discussed include developing mission and vision statements, establishing measurable goals and objectives, creating useful record keeping and documentation plans, principles for establishing strong healthy relationships, where to look for funding resources, how to prepare and present requests for resources, and how to evaluate the effectiveness of your efforts to meet the needs of the poor in your community.

A version of this workshop has now been developed for Masters level students and taught at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary as a course for credit.

Samford University School of Nursing issued RN CEUs to nurses attending this one day workshop in Birmingham, AL.
