Strategic Coaching

In the past two years STRONG Foundations, Inc. has worked with an increasing number of ministries seeking to increase their capacity to provide ministry to the people and communities where God has planted them. Working in consultation with ministry staff and leadership, organizational assessments are used to develop an organizationally specific capacity building strategy. STRONG Foundations then guides the ministry staff and/or leadership through a series of processes to increase organizational capacity in strategic areas of need.

Areas assessed for capacity building needs are Organizational Development (including processes and procedures, infrastructure, and grant writing), Leadership Development (including staff, volunteer, and board member development/training plans), Program Development (including materials, monitoring, and evaluation), Resource Development (including fundraising campaigns, and donor development) and Community Engagement (including asset mapping, community assessment and building collaboration and partnership).

Coaching takes place onsite and through email and telephone conference calls. Costs for coaching are time based. To discuss your ministry's needs contact us at info@strongfoundations.org
